When you click on "Video Chat" page, you will see below images:





Please click the image circled by red as shown below:



Here starts camera settings, just click next button:


It is same as above, just click next:


First please click "Test Sound", then tell something to test your microphone, if your microphone works properly, it will play your speech to you back.  Second please click "Next": 


Please choose "Allow"   



It is finished to configure your camera and microphone.
